The step up from the 10%
The 20% oil holds 10mg of CBD in every drop, twice as much as the 10%. If you find yourself taking 8 to 10 drops of the 10% a day, moving to the 20% halves the drops and makes each bottle last longer, so it works out cheaper per mg.
How to take it
Place the drops under your tongue, hold for about a minute, then swallow. Most people take 3 to 5 drops (30mg to 50mg) once a day. Take it at the same time each day.
