An evening routine in one bundle
This bundle pairs our 10% CBD oil with a free bottle of Reishi mushroom drops. Reishi has been taken in the evening across East Asia for centuries, and many of our customers like adding it to their CBD at night.
How customers use it
Take your CBD drops 30 to 60 minutes before bed: under the tongue, hold for about a minute, then swallow. Add your Reishi drops at the same time. Keep the routine simple: the same time each night, screens off for the last half hour and a cool, dark bedroom.

- 10% CBD oil: hemp extract and hemp seed oil, 1,000mg CBD per 10ml
- Reishi drops: Reishi mushroom extract made with ultrasonic-assisted extraction by Dr. Mush Me
Every batch of CBD oil is independently tested for CBD content, heavy metals and pesticides.
Who makes it? CBD Éire stocks the Dr. Hemp Me range, made by the Irish CBD company founded in Dublin in 2018. We are run by the same team.
