The CBD oil strength most people start with
If you are new to CBD, the 10% oil is the easy choice. Each drop holds 5mg of CBD, so it is simple to work out your amount and adjust one drop at a time. Most customers settle on around 5 drops a day.
How to take it
Shake the bottle, place the drops under your tongue and hold them there for about a minute before swallowing. Take them at the same time each day: consistency matters more than the exact number of drops. If you find yourself taking more than 10 drops a day, the 30% oil gives you the same amount in far fewer drops.
What is inside
Hemp extract and hemp seed oil. Every batch is tested by an independent lab for CBD content, heavy metals and pesticides, and we will email you the report on request.
